Tackling the Issues

Protecting Our Families

Crime is at an all-time high

Crime is at an all-time high in our region. Defunding police won’t create better policing any more than defunding teachers would improve education. We need to increase funding for police training and recruiting and restore respect for our police officers.

In 2021, over 2,300 Missourians died of drug overdoses, many tied to Fentanyl smuggled across our borders. Jim Bowlin believes the Biden Administration has failed to secure the border requiring the states to act. He supports Missouri joining a coordinated effort with other states to address the issue. He also supports tough sentences for drug dealers who possess Fentanyl and use it to addict and poison our families.

Jim Bowlin is frustrated by out-of-control prosecutors letting violent criminals back on the streets.  He will work to remove those prosecutors and support prosecutors who seek stiffer penalties for repeat offenders and are committed to protecting victim’s rights.

Fighting For Our Rights

Preserve The Second Amendment And Protect The Unborn.

He is a Constitutional conservative who will vote to preserve the second amendment and protect the unborn.

Jim Bowlin will fight for our property rights and against the government taking private property for the purposes of generating more tax revenue.

He will fight to bring integrity back into our democracy by adopting election reforms to ensure every vote counts.

Fighting Excessive Government Spending and Rebuilding Our Economy

Jim Bowlin’s “Made In Missouri Plan” Will Help Bring Back Jobs From China.

Driven by the Biden Administration’s government spending, gas and groceries are at historic highs hurting our families and neighbors least able to afford it. Higher taxes are the last thing families can afford which is why he has signed a pledge not to raise taxes.

As a small business owner, Jim Bowlin understands the devastating impact of over-regulation. He will fight to shut down burdensome and unfair government red tape and regulations by requiring a sunset or review every few years to ensure they do not become an impediment to prosperity in the state.  Jim believes we need to keep our commitment to our seniors and our veterans.  That’s why he opposes any taxpayer-funded services for illegal immigrants.

Jim Bowlin’s “Made in Missouri Plan” will help bring back jobs from China.  He will target American industries that currently produce strategic products in China. His  plan will provide opportunities and job training for companies to bring those manufacturing jobs back home to Missouri.

Fighting For World Class Education

He will expand workforce development to help train and retrain people in high-demand industries.

Jim Bowlin supports reforming the education system to better prepare students for the workplace rather than only preparing them for the next test. He will expand workforce development to help train and retrain people in high-demand industries.

He supports legislation that would require public school districts to provide parents access to their child’s curriculum such as course outlines, reading lists, and allow access to information on who is teaching their child, including guest lecturers and outside presenters.
